It isn't clear from your message exactly what you are trying to do, and what you're seeing as opposed to what you are expecting to see. I will have a guess.
Westonzoyland is a microlight strip without surveyed runway threshold coordinates, so the "precision" approach option of nominating a runway for our pseudo-ILS is not available. I do not believe it ever has been. However, what you are referring to in your first post is the feature whereby extended centrelines are drawn on the main map for all runways as a rough orientation tool. This has not changed either, and sure enough if I plot a route to Westonzoyland and simulate it in the latest version, the extended centrelines for four runways appear when I am on my last leg.
Hopefully this clears up your confusion. There has been no downgrade.
