I've been in software for 25 years and I can honestly say that Skydemon is one of the best applications I have used. Unfortunately for some reason the developers have decided to remove a lot of the extended runways from the smaller airfields. I spoke to a (lovely) young lady in support who informed be that it's because the don't have the exact runway coordinates. This is a really bad decision that must have come from a developer not a pilot ! The extended runways are an invaluable tool if you are in track up mode so that you cannot lose orientation, they don't need to be ultra precise BUT in crowded airspace such as a fly in they are a great tool, not for ILS but for orientation. Nothing has been gained by removing these, a lot has been lost. If sky demon read this, please put them back in!
( I see a thread has already been raised below)

That's quite a different request. Before, you were accusing us of having changed or removed a feature that you liked. Is that now not the case?
Regarding the potential ability to select a runway at a small strip. Can you explain how this would actually be beneficial, please? SkyDemon shows all extended centrelines and draws the one you're "closest" to slightly differently but that changes as you fly around the airfield. This is intended to help with early orientation. If we can understand what you're actually hoping to achieve by selecting one of them, then we'll be able to properly consider your request and give a correct answer. The ability to select one at some airfields is for our "precision" approach tools which guide you down to the threshold, I assume you're not wanting to use that at a strip.
Thanks!
