I'm a little unclear as to how the new geo-referenced plates function works, exactly. Do you have to have the paid-for Pooleys or AFE plates? At present, all I can get to work is the original very basic inbuilt plate, with no geo-referencing on the national AIP charts that I normally use. Am I missing something?

To call up a georeferenced plate, open the Plates tab and touch the yellow aircraft symbol on the plate you want. Simple as that. You can press it again to hide the plate if you no longer need it.
