People asking for a colour change as traffic gets closer or becomes more of a threat: that's the way it already works.

Another Skydemon user here who has recently bought a SkyEcho 2  ( thank you Department for Transport rebate  !  )  Colour change for targets generated by the SE2 would be welcomed........  perhaps Yellow at 4 nm turning to red at 2 miles ?

Are you aware that you can already increase the Text Size of the Aircraft Details up to 150% of the original size. This option is in the ‘Mapping’ Dropdown (the ‘layer of papers’ symbol at the extreme lower right of the main screen).

Although I haven’t had significant difficulty seeing the aircraft symbols themselves, I would support an option to be able to increase their size by a similar proportion to the text, though we need to be very careful that they don’t start to obscure more important information.

With regard to colour, the aircraft symbols already change from white to green, yellow, then red if / when they present a higher risk to your aircraft, so any change to base colour would have to maintain effective contrast so as not to detract from this warning function.

Also no objection from me to an option to display aircraft using ATC / TCAS symbols as long as it is an option, not the default.

Finally, @ Tim D... I don’t recollect seeing the large white circle round Ownship (though it has been several months since I have flown). What does it indicate and is this specific to the Stratux FLARM Traffic Source?

Would love to be able to configure it to be similar/the same as TCAS type indicators ie hollow/filled white diamonds, yellow circles and red squares depending on relative distance/altitude.

I am in principle fine with current sizes. As long as a target is not a threat, I really don't want it to clutter the map. When it comes into eyeball reach I want to get it on the map and change color and yes, threats could be a bit bigger on some of the tablets (but definitely not at all).

I also think, that it‘s important to change the color and size of traffic. Please make it possible.

I fully support Stefan's suggestion. At minimum I would welcome the possibility to change size and color of the traffic. I haven't seen any pure Mode S traffic yet (I just recently changed my TRX-2000 settings to also transmit non-directional traffic via Air Connect to SD) and wonder how this currently implemented (is it like the white circle in Stefan's screenshot?). Therefore an HSI like traffic display may be useful as as an option, displaying non directional traffic also as a circle.

‌These suggestions anyway depend on the traffic detection device and whether it has it's own display or not.

I'd like the option to have TCAS-like symbols and text instead of the little images which can be hard to spot against the chart. Another option might be an insert traffic display a bit like the HSI when seated on-screen.
