Hi Tim & thanks for the reply.

Should have said I checked my firewalls and nothing there was blocking skydemon traffic.
However I also have a web filter but didn't think anything in there would be blocking it. That doesn't seem to be the case though. Adding "data.skydemon.aero" to the filter's bypass list seems to have cured the problem.
I still can't find where it's being blocked but adding the above to the bypass list seems to have worked.

Are there any other sites I need to make sure aren't blocked?

There's a serious problem with your internet connection. SkyDemon isn't able to access any of the resources it needs because it's being prevented from communicating with the SkyDemon server. Unless you can discover what is preventing it, and resolve it, this problem will remain. Trying it on another computer or network might help make the problem clear.

I'm playing with the evaluation version of SD Plan and have entered several test routes but have noticed the following problems:

• 'Messages' window filling up with messages such as "Corrupt data detected while interpreting downloaded forecast wind information" and "Corrupt data detected while interpreting downloaded NOTAM information"
• 'NOTAM' window has some NOTAMS but also error messages such as "The latest available NOTAM data for the Scottish/Shannon FIR is xx hrs/mins out of date". How can I be sure I am getting all of the relevant NOTAMS? :/
• 'Weather' window has never functioned, only a message appears "Weather forecast info will be retrieved when a route is plotted".
• TAF and METAR data appears correctly in the relevant windows, but weather symbology display on the chart is erratic, sometime it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I've read the post below on a similar problem on ipad and have tried (i) setting flight time and (ii) restarting the app, neither of which have solved the problem.
I am on a PC not an ipad.

Also, is there any way to manually "refresh" data?
