P Group: Forum Members Posts: 7, Visits: 32	Hey, During my flight the app crashed. I restarted it but it didn't record flight time correctly. Do you have any idea if it's somehow possible to adjust takeoff/landing times in the log files? I asked the support but they just said "NO". Thanks

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8K, Visits: 9.1K	Support were correct. However if you have two logs, because of a temporary failure of any kind, you can merge them together.

If they don't work properly - I have a right to complain. I was counting on a precise logging. It has failed. I restarted the app and entered flying mode. No new log appeared. Brand new Ipad with full or free memory. If manual adjustment of my log is too much for you then I assess your service as very low. There's really no need to threaten to leave us for another product - if SkyDemon isn't a good fit for you, we'd much rather you used something that is.

S Group: Forum Members Posts: 4, Visits: 10	What would be good though, would be being able to edit the plane type/registration and the PIC. The PIC was my problem, but the plane I couldn't set as I didn't know it beforehand, didn't have another one of this type already and there was no network where we got to the plane. I would really appreciate to be able to change these pieces of information. What do others think?
