Hi There
I am getting problems with starting Skyplan 2.0 under Windows 7 32 bit.
It hangs on either the navigation warning or more often when the route start/to window appears.
If you wait for about a minute or two it tends to recover.
Without a working Internet connection you tend to get a GPF.
I have grabbed the following error dump when it crashed on the navigation warning :-
