I have installed SkyDemon on another Windows 7 laptop (this time 64 bit rather than 32 bit) and the "New Route" window freezes for several seconds (you get the hour glass) but you can move the window around.

You then get a not responding within the window title bar.

Several seconds later everything is back to normal and working fine.

It would seem like a similar problem although it does not GPF.

Oh, I see. If facing something like this I would be tempted to uninstall SkyDemon, remove all charts and terrain data, then reinstall it. Beyond that, it's likely to be something machine-specific as it doesn't appear to be happening anywhere else.

Hello Lufty, what do you mean by "navigation warning" in this context?

I am getting problems with starting Skyplan 2.0 under Windows 7 32 bit.

It hangs on either the navigation warning or more often when the route start/to window appears.

If you wait for about a minute or two it tends to recover.

Without a working Internet connection you tend to get a GPF.
