Thanks Chris, but you're running a different operating system.

Thanks Tim
It doesn't seem at all dependent on a route, and I can't create a route either by clicking new route or clicking on airfields, but one is attached (renamed as .txt to allow upload).

It sounds like the software is actually experiencing a crash when trying to load your route. It doesn't appear to be a widespread problem but of course we'd still like to understand and fix it. Are you able to upload the route in question here, in case it's something to do with some specific routes?

I just tried the web version of SD on my PC (Win 8.1) and it worked as expected. It is very likely a problem with your PC setup.

If it's helpful in the diagnosis, I don't have any trouble with Skydemon light on the same systems.

Hi
Recently I'm struggling to get routes to work on the web interface. If I try to load a Cloud or saved route, although the list comes up, if I click on it, the route is not displayed. I can't seem to get it to start a new route (no dialog box comes up) or even select airfields with the mouse (Options on right click are "Create a new Waypoint" or "View in Google Maps".)

I restarted the PC, tested on another PC, un- and reinstalled Silverlight.

Running XP Pro SP3, Silverlight version 5.1.30514.0, Mozilla Firefox 38.0.1., also tested in IE Version 8.0.6001.18702. IE reports the following error on the page:
