Hi,
during planning I noticed, that the MSA ist different for identical but reversed legs.
e.g. BOT NDB to DOMEG shows only MSA 2.200, on the reversed leg (DOMEG => BOT) it is 2.300.
For the leg Essen to BOT (2.300) it is even 300 ft less on the reverse leg. Why?
(PC Version 3.6.0.0 & latest Android Version)
Thanks & Regards
Jan

Tim,
I would like to discuss again the calculation of the MSA. Please see attached screenshot.
The MSA for the first route section is given with 800 ft, although the obstacle (568 ft) is almost directly on the track.
I would expect the MSA to read 1.600 ft.
Settings for safety margins are 500 ft / 5 NM (Terrain) and 1.000 ft / 5 NM (Obstacles).
Proposal: Virtually extend the track line by xx NMs to include the obstacles within the turn area for MSA calculation.
Regards
Jan
