i installed the new beta this morning and plan to the it up in the air later on today.



Whilst copying the charts I got an error twice "Operation failed. Unable to read beyong the stream".

As it did copy files I started to sync the device and it started to copy new file versions over and right

after Notams it failed again with the same error. This is whilst installed it using an sd card reader



I then plugged in the SD card in the GPS and connected it via activsync --Synced device again and

no problem. After the notams it updated the charts (where ir previously failed)

First of all, nothing regarding map font sizing or GPS signal has changed in the beta. It's exactly the same as the 2.0 version in that regard.

There was a bug in the initial beta posted on Friday where sync/install with SD card would fail. This is now fixed.

If the software crashes when rendering an airfield plate (page 2) there should be a file produced called debug.log in your SkyDemon folder on the device. Please email this to us, this would be very helpful.
