When you log in on a third mobile device (iOS or Android) the first one is logged out again. I know it's a pain, but sadly there are a lot of people out there who want to abuse our system by sharing their login details with their friends. This is why we only allow two mobile devices to be logged into our system under the same account at the same time.Hi Tim,
I recognize the fact that people may be sharing their accounts, which is not nice (you have to earn some money as well as a company), but by reducing the number of concurrent mobile devices to 2 max, you get to the point where the 'proper' users start to get hindered.
To give you my example:
When making a flying trip, I regularly use 1 Nexus 7 mounted in the aircraft for navigation purposes. On the ground I use my iPad (which is too big to use for in the cockpit) to do some preparations for the next leg. I want my iPhone to be standby as backup in case my Nexus stops working. Transferring newly planned routes is becoming a real nightmare now, with logging in every time on each device to get the routes and info updated on all devices. During my trips I am not using my PC-based account at all.
I would appreciate to have max limit of 3 or 4 concurrent devices, no matter what, either PC or mobile device. This will still block effectively the 'illegal' users, but will allow the paying customers to use the excellent product you have without too much 'blocking' issues. Can you please reconsider this?
Thanks!
