In SD desktop, if I plan a route which transects the Olympic restricted area, it seems that when you fire up the ICAO FPL window it does not show the boundary points or the time at boundary. Is this because its not yet mandatory (starts 15/7 I believe) or because the desktop verison does not support this functionality. Also I am asuming it includes the Olympic address -- correct?

Cheers

It's because the zone does not yet exist. On Thursday there will be a chart update, and in the new chart the zone will exist. SkyDemon will then calculate entry and exit points and include them in flightplans where necessary.

I'm evaluating SD, how do I create a route, say to Calais from Manston, that includes two legs at two specified times? (As obviously they must be submitted as a pair as I don't want my outboudn leg approved without the inbound one approved!)

Also, how can I view the flight plan that will be submitted?

Will this become clearer after the Thursday map updates?

If you need to file two flightplans for two separate journeys, you'll need to define them as two separate routes in SkyDemon. When you then go to generate a flightplan for each, SkyDemon will populate it properly.
