Having put in an email request on this with no response I thought it best to bring the subject to the forum.
This relates to both PC and Android Apps.
As I remember it, the UK postcode finder was a one off file downloaded and stored when first searching for a particular location. It could then be used on and offline, in flight and on the ground.
Now it seems that the facility only works online, and only downloads the requested code. Any attempt to search inflight shows a potential download for the full file (wiggly line) masked by a failiure box.
Googling an answer there is mention of having to download the file manually and store it. I can't find any file online to do that.
Thanks for any help. The ability to use the search in flight would be beneficial to me.
