How do I fix this?

What mobile device do you have, what version of SkyDemon is running on the device and on your computer, what have you tried, and please give us more information about what you see happen as opposed to what you expected to happen.

I'm using MS Active Synch 4.5.0

Skydemon is the latest one 2.2.0 31077

I had installed the evaluation version which expired about an hour after installing it in my mobile device.   When I bought the licenced version, the licence details didn't transfer to the device and I had to reload it's SD card from my desktop.  

When I connect and run synch I'm told that the files are synchronised between mobile and desktop. When I then look on the mobile device for NOTAMS I am told " There are no NOTAM to show in this list because NOTAM data has not been loaded.  Load NOTAM data by connecting the devide to a PC and performing a sync from SkyDemon Plan"

And that's where the problem was   I asssumed that the briefing data would be transferred by using active sync - when I go to SkyDemon menu Go Flying/Sync with SkyDemon Mobile then it works fine.

A nice piece of kit!  I look forward to using it in the next few days.

The best way to sync your device is by  putting your card in the cardreader, and doing it that way.  > Go Flying> Sync with Skydemon, that should do it OK

My gut feeling is that you have two copies of SkyDemon on your device - one installed via ActiveSync and the other on the SD card.



When you are syncing, it's syncing the 'wrong' copy. It's going to be an ongoing bind so I would suggest fixing it properly.



Remove the SD card from your device and connect via ActiveSync. Browse your device and get rid of any trace that you can find of SkyDemon.



Put your SD card back in and do a sync and all should be well.
