Hello
It is unfortunate that when a national version is used (French for example), it is the English Notam that is available and not the national version.

Are you suggesting that a French-language version of French NOTAMs is available somewhere?

The international language for aviation is English. It doesn't matter where in the world you are, the national authority will publish its AIP/NOTAMs etc in both. It is not up to SkyDemon to differentiate what the reader wants. If a Chinese pilot uses SkyDemon in France the expectation is that they should be able to read enough English to understand their flight planning needs.

Your AIP lists all information in both English and French. The NOTAM's are here:

NOTAM in French are certainly available from the SIA site when using the Sophia pre-flight briefing service, but presumably that doesn't necessarily mean they are published electronicaly for international distribution in that language, n'est-ce pas?

Perhaps that service involved somebody translating some of the NOTAMs into French. Certainly they are not available for international distribution, and nor could we make any guarantee about their completeness even if they were.
