of course I have the subscribtion and the download works fine. Only when I check for updates (start the download a second time) most of the plates are missing...

Sorry, I need exact steps if I am to try to debug this. Does this happen if you download all, then make yourself offline by using the Setup menu? I presume the plates in the Plates window do not simply disappear at this point.

I download "All" and "DFS German VFR AIP". When I want to update the plates, I do the Downloads again.
Then all the Plates from the Download "DFS German VFR AIP" are no longer on my device.

I confirm the same behavor in my Android devices. Going online for a moment lets reappear all plates instantly.

Mhhhh... that's weird. Can't reproduce the error any more on any of my devices (all android). I swear that it was there yesterday at least on my mobile phone. Don't know what happened... for the time being everything works as expected...
