Flying recently in the Camargue region, the controller informed me that the name of the frequency "Rhone Info" changed. It is now "Camargue Control". The frequency is the same, 127.925

Could you help us find the region you're talking about by giving us a town or airfield there? We are not familiar with the region so we don't know where it is.

Sorry, the control is in Istres, LFMI, the frequency is 127.925, it did not change, in your chart is indicated as RHONE INFO, that is the only thing to change to CAMARGUE CONTROL. There is a horrible overlapping of zones there (one of the most important military airports+the natural reserve of Camargue), the change concerns only that frequency.
But is a beautiful place to visit ...

Thank you.

I just realized than the frequency for getting clearance in the area of Camargue  does not appear in SD. Of course, if you call the ones that appear, you will be informed that you have to call Camargue Control, 127.925
B‌ut is is more efficient to use directly this frequency for a transit on that area.

Can you be specific about which piece of airspace you are referring to, please? Then we can check our data.

R108 B Istres, CTA Rhone.
‌Practically, I fly frequently from LFNG to LFNE and the frequency to contact, that gives you the clearance and the trafic information is Camargue Controle, if I avoid the CTR of  LFTW, if not, it is necessary also to contact LFTW Tower, 123.200, but Camargue Controle will tell the pilot of course.

I realized that in the official OACI chart, Camargue Control does not appear (at least I don't find it in the jungle of information showed in that area, but in CartaBossy, that is widely used for VFR in France, it appears quite clearly. I just give this information for practical purposes, avoiding too much and unnecessary radio communication. Camargue Control provides the clearance, the code for the transponder, the traffic information in all that area.

We do not routinely include explicit frequency information for danger/restricted/prohibited areas as it is assumed the user will call the appropriate FIS unit (which we can help with) to get information on it.
