someone encounters the same issue?
When switching between apps on iOS 7.1 (but already appeared with iOS 7.x) SD always restarts and did not keep it's status. This is really annoying. When e.g. googling for some airport infos and switching back to SD I have to agree that SD is not for navigation purpose and then it starts with my last route and I have again seeking for some things where I left the app before?
Please check the "multitasking" ability.

Using iOS 7.1 and the latest SD version 3.0.5.
