Group: Forum Members Posts: 6, Visits: 5	Hi Mike, Any specific information would be great. I need to know the receipt number, or i can look it up myself provided I have the aircraft registration. With this information I can escalate it to the border force, and I can provide precise information on what we sent, and they'll be able to follow through an audit. As we've said before - any pilot in possession of a receipt number is bullet proof, but I'd like to follow through on any incidents. Please let me have any information you have, or put me in contact with individuals, and i'll make sure it's resolved. -C

We were surprised when 4 customs guys asked us to attend their interrogation room at Headcorn. They hadn't received it! After showing them our manual draft form and confirming the system had confirmed receipt, they accepted our version of events and admitted they had had problems with the system, one of which was no proof of sending. " I heard there was another problem at Cambridge as well similar problem i might be able to get reg Numbers Names etc and pm them to you Cheers Mike Anything i say is my opinion you can take it or leave it

Group: Forum Members Posts: 6, Visits: 5	Yes, it's absolutely working, and we've had a lot of forms filed. I haven't heard a single report of a problem. Please can you give me more details around what you have heard? In short - any user with a receipt number can rest assured that their form was filed correctly. I have a direct line into UKBF and can investigate any issues very quickly. -C

Group: Forum Members Posts: 26, Visits: 128	I have logged into onlinegar.com, I have signed in, I have ticked the Skydemon integrator permission and saved this setting. Then when I go to Skydemon (while still logged into onlinegar.com) and click on the spanner symbol for the GAR, I just get the message: "Duplicate user detected by email address - cannot proceed". I tried this again while NOT logged into onlinegar.com and got the same result ......
