I'm trying to try out the GAR filing but I get a message I'm not linked to the integrator and it asking me to log in and choose Permissions to allow skydemon to use my account but where do I find this Permissions Button ???

Log in to OnlineGAR, goto your profile, press 'integrator permissions' and tick that SkyDemon can access your account. Once done, your account will work from both OnlineGAR and SkyDemon seamlessly.

Maybe I am very dim but what does "seamlessly" mean here?

There does not seem to be any GAR button or equivalent, in the Skydemon desktop (version 3.0.5.0).

Having entered the details for a flight plan, how exactly does the GAR get generated?

I made an account with onlinegar.com and ticked the integrator permissions box.

I am also unclear how my onlinegar.com account gets linked to my Skydemon account unless there is somewhere to swap passwords etc?

The GAR notice appears in the Flight Details window, where all notices and warnings appear.

If you have closed that window for some reason, you can bring it back from the Window menu.

I had opened an account at onlinegar.com (although I am not currently logged in) - should I delete this account?

No, you can just log in to OnlineGAR and give SkyDemon permission to use the account. Have a look at my post a few above this one.

I have logged into onlinegar.com, I have signed in, I have ticked the Skydemon integrator permission and saved this setting.

Then when I go to Skydemon (while still logged into onlinegar.com) and click on the spanner symbol for the GAR, I just get the message:

"Duplicate user detected by email address - cannot proceed".

I tried this again while NOT logged into onlinegar.com and got the same result ......
