As a pilot in Ireland, I do find the SkyDemon mapping very good. However, the CTA boundary line for Dublin does not appear on the mapping. This line runs from the Scottish FIR to the London FIR and boarders the Shannon CTA boundary. Could this be put on the maps?

I'm afraid I do not understand what you are referring to. I believe we have all parts of the Dublin CTA airspace present in the SkyDemon charts. Could you elaborate perhaps?

The Dublin CTA radial lines do appear on the maps, however If you look at the Ireland 1:500,000 map there is a line (It is called the Dublin CTA Class C airspace from FL75 - FL245) from the following coordinates:

54 degrees 9 minutes North, 6 degrees 46 minutes West, at the boundary of the Shannon / Scottish FIR boundary. The line runs in a south west direction to:

53 degrees 45 minutes North, 7 degrees 20 minutes West, which runs in a southerly direction to:

53 degrees 4 minutes North, 7 degrees 20 minutes West, which runs in a south easterly direction to:

52 degrees 36 minutes North, 6 degrees 38 minutes West, which runs in a South easterly direction to:

52 degrees 20 minutes North, 5 degrees 30 minutes West, which is at the Shannon / London FIR boundary.

Isn't all airspace above FL75 in Ireland class C?

The main reason why I would find it a benefit is that when I do a cross country flight, the Dublin controllers would normally ask to report at the Dublin CTA boundary so that handover can be made to Shannon.

I think we must be talking at cross purposes, though I can't quite work out how. AIP Ireland ENR 2.1 makes the lateral and vertical boundaries of all pieces of the Dublin and Shannon CTAs very clear, and these are ALL included in the SkyDemon charts, including the southernmost part of Dublin CTA whose base is FL75. Are you sure you're not just seeing that piece of airspace clipped out because of your airspace settings? By default airspace with a lower boundary above 4000ft is clipped unless you plan or fly higher than that.

I would not normally fly that high, so that must explain why it is does not appear on the map. Can this be amended so that it does appear as it is a handy reference line for flying cross country as the Dublin ATC controllers always us it as a "report zone boundary".

You can overwrite the default values in the menu Mapping | Map Layers, then scroll down to 'When flying' and 'When planning'. There you can hide features (e. g. airspaces). By default the item 'When flying hide features higher than x,xxx ft above' is set to 3,000. This means, airspaces with lower boundaries of 7,500 ft are not shown if you fly at 4,500 ft or below (3,000 ft or more below that airspace).
Just set this value to 10,000 and you always should see the boundary, whichever altitude you're flying.

Made the change as you suggested and on the planning map the airspace appears, however it does not appear on the Skydemon unit when sync'd. Any suggestions?
