From the help file:

Are you familiar with the setting that allows you to say that "precise fix" is not required. This seems to prevent the "refix" problem on many devices.

Go to settings & GPS setup, hardware tab  .. there u will find a relevant tick box  .. untick for "imprecise" fix.

Is anyone using an AWARE device and managed to get it to 'rotate'?  I recently got Sky Demon running on a Navman and found the rotated view preferable by far but the Navman isn't stable enough (GPS keeps dropping out) to use.  If knows how to adapt the AWARE pls advise.  TVM

Same problem here on my no brand 5" chinese sat nav. I should add I had no problems with 1.4.0

I installed 1.4.2 on another device and the license in recognised. I Then deleted the installation from my Airspace Aware device and copied the SkyDemon directory onto the Aware SD card from the other device and the Aware still does not recognise the license.



I think that you are correct that this is a device dependent problem. All was fine with version 1.4
