Subject says it all, for some reason my PC just sits there after downloading all the terrain data.. then it says 'failed'

Airdata loads ok, but not terrain.

Hi, thnks for the help.

I am behind a proxy at the moment, but I tried it at home last night with no (local) proxy and still have the same problem, so I don't think this is a network issue.

Also, if there was a proxy issue it wouldn't have been able to download the airdata, no?

running windows 7 64-bit. Have sophos anti-virus protection in the background.

I am currently using a trial license (with android version installed on Nexus 10), although have recently signed up (group buy) and am awaiting the codes

does this make any difference to the issue?
