I have inflight on a CE device. To make it find satellites I need to set it to Port 7 and tick the alternate port box. If I switch it off and back on I need to go through the whole process again. This also applies to turning off the altitude and speed tapes and to set the chart to follow position.

How do I get it to save my settings please?

Johnm, how do you shut down the program?

In InFlight, close by clicking  Route - Exit before shutting down the PNA. This should save the GPS settings.
