I went update my charts and SD prompted me to allow an update of the software package. I clicked the appropriate permissions and just ended up with SD disappearing ! This happened twice and necessitated a system restore to get back to here. I have updated the charts, but retained my (apparently) earlier versuion of the software.

Why would this happen?

The computer is a Win7 netbook and this is the first time I've had difficulty with it when updating.

Just had the message, " a new version is available" ! it then deleted the program and I cannot get it to re install, I tried deleting what was no longer there! then a re- start but same error. I thingkmy membership is in date etc..
also tried to attach a file explaining the error but that also failed!
Whats happening to this great program.. cannot seem to contact the company either?

Try a system restore, that's how I got around it.
