Having played with this beta for an hour or so, my first impressions are that the mapping engine is a nice improvement. I have found a couple of points for discussion.
1. Upon starting Skydemon on my PC, the map does not get drawn until it gets a callback from a move request.
2. At high levels of zoom, route waypoints have a black square around them.

However, overall I'm still very pleased with your software.

It does make sense, thanks. Surely that area would be about the size of a postage stamp? I wonder if part of this issue is that you're using SkyDemon on a very small screen?

The device I'm using is an Airspace Aware WinCE device (although the screen captures above were done on a laptop in sim mode).

The circuit depiction in the 1st image is perfectly readable on the Aware device so I don't think that displaying the circuit shown in the 3rd image would be any less readable. I haven't tried it on other devices and I'm happy to accept that you may have seen/used devices where there is not enough space. I realise that this is a very minor point and may not be worth spending so much time on.

Another enhancement would be to display 'LH' and 'RH' buttons somewhere on the screen (or a single LH/RH toggle button) to select the required circuit direction and then only display the selected circuit direction for clarity with standard joins something like this:

BTW do you have any feedback from my suggestion made in this post?
