Selecting options from menus

Group: Forum Members Posts: 379, Visits: 2.6K	I use a small screen smartphone for SD navigation. When I want to, for example, select "Go To" it is sometimes a challenge to "hit" the correct option when it is a bumpy flying day. Would the SD team consider making the "while flying" menu options a bit larger, a bit like the selection of airfields to choose from, when you do get to that option? Perhaps larger "rectangles" to aim ones finger at, rather than a thin line of text. Maybe also look at all the SD "settings" options to see if the layout can be improved? Thanks

When flying, I click on the SD Globe. 2. This brings up a selection of options which are really simple lines of text (fairly small font). 3. I try to aim my finger at "Direct To". 4. If successful, I get a list of nearby airfields, which are presented in larger "blocks" to click on, so a bit easire to select the desired airfield in bumpy conditions. Just wondered if you can overhaul your menus so they are similar to the airfield selection. That is, larger "block" items, so easier to select on small screen devices in bumpy conditions. Thanks

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8.3K, Visits: 9.9K	Thanks Tony. The Direct To items are forced bigger to accommodate their graphical content. The "regular" menu items should be the same height as (for example) the items under the Route or Settings menus, which (on a phone) should be at least 7mm high, or higher depending on the font size on your device. I would feel uncomfortable unilaterally increasing this height as it's been the same for many years, with a great deal of people accustomed to using it. However, that particular menu is ripe for an overhaul, which may happen this year, at which point its layout will probably change anyway.
