I recently tried to update Custom Data but unable to save to cloud- message "There seems to be a problem with our server at the moment (MethodNotAllowed). Try again in a few minutes.".

Maybe there's something weird about your custom data, file naming or its size for example? That's all I can think of.

Same message whether I try to open from cloud or save to cloud. Even tried creating new. Same thing. It does seem- like the message says- to be a problem at your end server <> SD Plan. Any chance you could check? Thanks

There doesn't seem to be a general problem with it. Could you contact customer support so they can look into your particular case?

Could you try again and let us know the exact time when you send the contact form? We haven't received your enquiry, as far as we can tell.
