i know that sd is mainly vfr but i wonder if theres a way of displaying a holding pattern on it for example at a vor, the option to choos the inbound course and hold time (1 min etc) and for a racetrack pattern to be displayed?

This thread is six years old so the demand does not appear to be high, but as with everything, we consider these things when we're sure that a good percentage of our customers would use them.
