Flyable Conditions is a forecast product based on cloudbase and visibility, and it explicitly tells you that it does not include rain or storms (or lightning). Also, since it is a forecast, it is unsurprising that it doesn't match 100% with reality.The screenshots you're showing of the Garmin product are showing a precipitation radar, which SkyDemon also includes. Just use that instead of Flyable Conditions if that's what you want.
