Getting a message (in the message window) "Your data subscription is invalid or has expired". When I select Help | Get Support I get a "Page cannot be found" error.

Did something bad happen?

Yes you must use the same license file.

We certainly hope to have such materials and schemes available at some point, but nothing yet unfortunately.

I am having the same problem following the beta install.



I have tried generating a new License file, several times, but it still comes up with the same message "Your data subscription is invalid or has expired", is this also preventing me from getting weather and Notams.

Well, I have tried just about everything I can think of;



Uninstalling and manually cleaning the registry included but whatever I do the same failure occurs.



Re-installing Skydemon Plan goes ok. The program will open and functions, but warns "your data subscription..." trying to install the license bombs every time with the warning that the program has stopped working.



Whatever I do I can't get it to pick up TAFS, METARs or NOTAMs, so most of the advantage over my other planning software is gone.



I am running 32bit Vista Ultimate.
