Based on several discussions it seems that people have been experiencing inaccurate GPS data recently.

Would it be possible to have a “RAIM-like” indicator that shows the current GPS accuracy? Other EFB apps do this already.

To avoid clutter, it could perhaps normally be hidden, but appear if accuracy is less than some vertical/horizontal threshold?

I suppose the error / presentation method would depend on what kind of GPS reliability metrics you have available on each platform.

It could be as simple as a prominent red warning box saying “GPS ACCURACY LESS THAN 100M” or something?

Mike — great point and I’d missed those little flags. I guess I’m saying something more prominent for a larger inaccuracy might be handy.
