Can't file FlightPlan on SD iPad version 3.9.5.120

In trying to submit the plan the window says "requesting credit count" and has greyed out the continue button, I had one credit remaining but even bought another 20 but can't resolve it. Any clues?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8.1K, Visits: 9.2K	I assume this was resolved via technical support but as far as I'm aware, the issue where requesting credit count never goes away is normally due to a network problem, e.g. SkyDemon is unable to properly talk to its server.

We flew anyway as had hotel bookings etc etc, had even more issues with 5 gars!‌I tried emailing sd but nothing heard as Sat. We then had issues logging in to our no.2 machine tried 5 times on it and a spare nexus..nothing., then it just logged on! ‌ cancelled my FlightPlan to change to earlier departure due to WX. Group: Forum Members Posts: 8.1K, Visits: 9.2K	It rather sounds like you were experiencing a general network issue, particularly as GAR functionality (which as you know is not provided by us, rather by OnlineGAR.com) seemed to be playing up as well. However I encourage you to engage with support directly, who will ask you for specific error messages etc, so we can get to the bottom of it.
