Good evening Tim, If you use EAD you are right, I do not know why on EAD are separate and on ENAV-AIP web site is a single file: Map and Docking. The problem in Italy is that after you land the TWR or the Ground, always instruct you to taxi to a designated apron and to park on a designated stand number, this apply to large aircraft but also to small single. LIRZ was a case, but recently I landed on Olbia LIEO (nice Sardinia) and I was embarrassed when TWR instruct me to exit to A and GND instruct me to Apron 3 on stand n. xx. I answered: I do not know where this stand is, an annoyed GND guy told me that the parking plan is published and I must have the map with me. He stop me for 15 minute and I had to wait the marshall with a follow-me before entering on the apron while 2 executive behind waiting for !. At the Apron office they show me the plan and I had to excuse me not only with the marshall but with the 2 aircraft pilots. What a shame.... In the future when I'll fly to a large airport I have to print (from ENAV/AIP source) the parking/docking map, but since you create the downloading FILTER why not have the option for the Docking-Parking file ? Best regards, ciao, Gianni Little improving for the benefit of every pilots (Italian...).
