The new "auto update" for v.3.2.0 is welcome, but (on a PC) it forces installation to Drive C: which is a pain as I have my previous installations on another drive.

Do I now have to migrate SD to C: or is there an option somewhere to install to the existing folder or a drive of choice?

Thanks Tim, but that's not quite the issue.

I do have SD installed in a "SkyDemon" folder in "Program Files", but I boot from an SSD which is my C: drive so put the program into those same folders on a separate physical hard drive in order to save disk space for other applications. Presumably I'm not the only customer to do this?

Previously it was trivial to change c: to f: in the path on installation, but from what you say I must now move the files.
