You asked for an alternative presentation of the aerodrome contact details, then I explained that we show the document as received from DFS. You then mentioned that another product displays it different, so I asked to see an example so that I might fully understand what you're saying, and show it to DFS if necessary.

Regarding EDFH, the AIP definition for this airspace in ENR 2.1 simply says "Langen Radar" with no frequency. I can find no reference to a 125.6 in either ENR 2.1 or the AD EDFH entry. At present we simply have the frequency encoded as "Langen Radar" so SkyDemon attempts to look up a frequency with that callsign elsewhere, and ends up finding the FIS frequency. I agree this is not very good, but it's primarily because the AIP is very unclear by not actually giving a frequency or another page in the AIP from which to obtain one. EDDF is a similar issue except that in its AD page, there ARE entries for Langen Radar, only there is more than one entry. Again, the AIP is unclear.

The AIP entry for EDDF does not mention any frequency labelled as "north". We typically include only the primary frequency for a TWR station, for simplicity. Otherwise we would be displaying a list of frequencies to the user with no additional information as to which to choose, because the AIP simply doens't provide that information.

Frankfurt Arrival is 118.500 and this is correct in our data.

This forum will be receiving an upgrade in due course.

Hey,

are you talking about more examples of the same product or what do you want screenshots of?

By the way: The airspace D EDFH frequency is wrong, it should shoe 125.6. Your "128.5" does not exist. Same thing with EDDF airspace C. There is no 128.5. It must be 120.8 or 136.125 alternatively. As well as the Frankfurt Tower North Frequency is missing 136.5. "Frankfurt Arrivals is 120.8 istead of your 118.5".
Where do you get these frequencies from and how come there are so many errors?

And one more question: Why has the forum so many problems. It is slow, many times a get an error and have to reload etc. Are you aware and working on that?

Kind regards
Manos

Ok, now I understand what you mean. The document you mention is the only one provided by DFS. Can you share a screenshot of some other product which cuts out the relevant information and presents it on its own? We can then ask DFS the appropriate questions.

Hi!

There are certain information such as opening hours etc. which are not implemented in die info charts of skydemon itself.
So I have to open this document (which is only available via the document browser - see attached image) and then I have to scroll manually until I find the airfield.
There are other apps (such as platzrunde.de) where the text info of the AIP is directly selectable together with the aerodrome and visual operations chart.
So to get to these information is very unhandy. Thus, I suggest to have the respective page available as a third chart together with the other two or implement ALL the information into the info window.

Kind regards

Sorry, I do not understand the question. I believe we publish all documents given to us by DFS.

Hi,

Would it be possible to include the German AIP of the aerodrome details in the plate selection? To my knowledge it is the only possibility to scroll through the entire document to go to the information instead of having the respective page available with the plates.
Unless not all the information included in this very AIP part is included on the info page (such as fuel available, hours of operation, it is very annoying to find the information.

Kind regards,
Manos
