A series of four NOTAM have been posted by the Dutch authorities informing us of some changes in Restricted areas. The NOTAM have a variety of altitudes, but all with an effective radius of 150nm based on the same central point.

Tooltip info works fine outside of these NOTAM but inside the circle, either nothing or just the info on these NOTAM is displayed.

An extreme example is in East Anglia where the edge of the NOTAM area bisects Sculthorpe. If you hover the pointer over Sculthorpe approaching from the east, Sculthorpe is highlighted, but no info is displayed. However, moving the cursor a fraction to left, still over Sculthorpe but outside the NOTAM, Sculthope's info is revealed.

This affects all tooltip info, including airspace, in the main chart and Virtual Radar windows, so is actually quite serious if you happen to be planning a flight which infringes the NOTAM radius.

I'm running SD V2.6.2 under W7, Parallels V6, Lion.
