OK, If anyone else is having this problem, I have something for you to try.

Try "download all" again. SkyDemon will attempt to continue from the plate where the problem occurred last time. Take a note of that plate.

Once you have seen the "communications error", go back to the SkyDemon map, and search for the airfield of the plate which you have noted down. Press and hold on it. Select "Find plates". In the plates window choose the offending plate. SkyDemon should then go off and download that plate individually.

You should now find that "download all" continues unimpeded.

Can you confirm which plate it hangs up on? That might help us determine whats going on here.

I've just tried it on my ipad mini, and both Pooleys and AFE downloaded without interuption, so it's obviously not a bug of any description and you seem to have tried everything I would have suggested to remedy it.

Hi All, I have been trying to cache all the Pooleys plates I bought within SkyDemon for a few days, but it only seems to download 5-6 at a time before 'hanging' on one for 3-4 minutes, and saying communication error. I have re-booted the app, the ipad, the internet connection (WiFi), and updated to 2.5.1 all to no avail. It's getting a little tedious now. Anyone had similar?
