It doesn't display it as such, but you should now be able to enter a postcode into the 'find' box and it shall be found!

thanks!
that would explain why I can't see it, then!

I'm struggling too
I've done the download and sync bit
how do I persuade SD to display the new shiny data?

OK, I've had a play now and have worked it out.

For anyone else, like me, who is new to the ipad and itunes this is what I did (although I'm sure most of you already know)

Sync your ipad to your PC (on mine this launches itunes)

Launch itunes if it doesn't do it automatically.

On the screen you will see on your left - GO TO iTUNES/ Scan For Music and in the top right corner of the screen 'IPAD'

Click 'IPAD' and this takes you to details about your ipad, Backup, Options etc

At the top of this page click on 'APPS'

On the next page you will see toward the bottom left a 'Skydemon' folder

click on the SD folder and a window will open on the right called 'Skydemon Documents'

In SD documents click on 'Add'

This opens a window where you can find your postcodes or aircraft details.

Highlight your file and click 'open'

That should put it in the SD document window, now click on 'Sync' and that's done.

Steve, I have just today got my ipad mini, I have loaded skydemon onto it, it seems to be working ok and I've loaded itunes onto my PC, but I can't work out what I'm supposed to do once I open up itunes, or where the skydemon folder is on the ipad, If you are feeling charitable could you lead me through the process. Thanks

Are you in the UK?

If so, just grab the postcode file from here and drop it into your SkyDemon App directory using iTunes.

Hi

Is there any way to import a list of postcodes into Sky Demon for iPad to save creating loads of individual waypoints?
