If there were a standard format for promultating frequency changes in NOTAM then we would, but attempting to interpret the various free-text ways in which people write such NOTAM is so fraught with error that it isn't worth it.

Wondering if you could add frequencies as amended by NOTAMs as well as giving originals.

For example Leeming has been operating on 133.375 for some time but I think(?) its still officially 127.75. There is currently a NOTAM out for Cranwell frequency.

If both PLOG and Navigation Briefing could give both it wd be very useful indeed.
