Hi

my friend has just brought a SD MD and whilst seting up a route and up dating with a sync the MD has frozen on the opening system screen. Pressing flight does nothing althought the other butons ( units calculator etc) all operate fine.

We have done a hard reset (is that pushing the reset button on the back)? to no avail.

Any idears?
