Have set up a new generic GPS - works fine with SD Plan "stand alone". SD Plan works fine on my PC.

They connect via active sync

However when I try to "Sync" to transfer routes / logs I get a message "Operation Failed. Could not create remote file"

Can anyone advise a solution?

SOLVED!! Having seen comments elsewhere on solutions to other problems related to there possibly being two instances of SD running I reformatted and hence wiped clean the microsd card in my GPS, reinstalled SD mobile navigation using Active Sync as the default option . Tried to sync a route and it works fine without error messages

I have no in depth understanding of the causes just know that this fixed it! Hope this may help others who may experience a similar issue.
