Scenario, as happened today ! I made a turn before reaching a way point, only short by 0.5 mile

my Garmin 296 went ballistic, trying repeatedly to send me back to complete the route

would this happen with SD ? or would it just find the next leg of the route ?

     If you turn early, skydemon will still show you on the D.I. what track...
