Possibly the filtering settings on your device? The NOTAM are all transferred in bulk and the graphical depiction code is the same, so in general if you see a NOTAM depicted on the desktop you should see in on the device.

Doing my flight planning on my laptop using the full version of SD I notice that there are two large Restricted Area (Temporary) to the south-east and north-east of London. This is the weekend of the Olympics practice (5 & 6 May) and the RAF have allocated these areas for interception procedures so I definitely don't want to fly into them!
