Hello,

Would SkyDemon developers consider simplfying the way Class A airspace is depicted across the UK?

If one increases the airspace view up to 18,000ft, the boundaries of overlapping airways and CTAs etc. are too complicated to decipher.

I feel that an option to show the base levels is good for most cases - such as what is done on the CAA paper chart today.

It is advantageous to fly higher in some cases to save fuel.

Thanks

A friend of mine showed me his SkyDemon for iPad and this looks much better.

How come the the Lite, Web and Desktop versions still look overcluttered?

Or is there an option somewhere that I've missed?

The airspace depiction on the different products is nearly identical (assuming you've selected the same chart style). SkyDemon Light only has one chart style, the CAA one.

At long last, I see this has been improving in recent months.
Mainly Class A airspace north of Birmingham to make clearer now.

M‌any thanks. Much appreciated.‌‌

NATS are gradually amalgamating airways into clearly-defined CTAs. As this work progresses, individual airways no longer merge and criss-cross, and our presentation will therefore look neater. They don't have much left to do really; in today's chart update the new Berry Head CTA and extension of Daventry CTA removed another few airways from our map.

Thanks.

I can still see Manchester and Belfast being the main areas that need quite a bit more cleaning.

Otherwise everything else is mostly looking fine.

Looking forward to the new CTAs.
