Thank you! The RNav settings it was!
It's easy when you know how!

Check your PLOG settings, they may have been reset during the upgrade process. Perhaps you had RNav waypoints turned on before.

Unfortunately since the upgrade I have been unable to get the PLOG to display all of the en-route Nav Aids. I have checked the settings. I have ensured that the waypoint is actually a nav aid and not anything else such as where an airfield and nav aid are together although this is not as easy to do now as it was in the older version. I do have some nav aids shown but not all of them!
I'm sure that this is something simple but I have spent a frustratingly large amount of time trying to work it out!
Any thoughts anybody?
Thanks!
