Hi Steve, unfortunately I'm not quite able to understand what's wrong based on your description. Could you possibly elaborate? Are you trying to sync from SkyDemon Plan on a PC to a SkyDemon Mobile device, or some other configuration?

My computer says it is linked on windows mobile but will not download route when asked to synk? It says I need to synk to a mass storage but tried everythink within my brainpower and no luck.
