Hi Guys,

When I try to submit a flight plan it comes up with an error stating that I haven't set a take-off time; which is true. Can anyone point me as to where I can set the take-off time?

Also, have found when searching the help files a link to a customer area where I can modify the flight plan from any web browser. I cannot log onto this using my normal password. It points to an area where my license file downloads again, but this still doesn't give me a password. Any pointers much appreciated.

It's in the flight details window. (Window -> Flight Details) where you set the cruise level, aircraft, fuel etc.

I don't really understand the second part of your question. The customer area is where you can download your license file and it also allows you to delay/close/cancel flightplans that you have filed. The login for the customer area is separate from any registration for this forum.
