I notice when I have my iPhone mounted in landscape I cannot see the “Make Approach” option bottom right. How do I access this when my phone is mounted this way? Thanks

I believe when you are getting close to your destination, you should see extended runway buttons on the main map. You can touch any of those to configure an approach to that runway.
